SPEC Services
SPEC Services has extensive experience in planning, engineering, design, right-of-way and permit acquisition, specification, procurement, and project management for both oil and gas pipeline projects. Much of this experience involves work that is common to oil and gas pipeline projects, and includes welded steel pipelines in both urban and rural environments. SPEC Services has also provided complete project management, field and shop inspection, and construction management for pipeline projects.

Pipeline projects include both in-plant facilities, such as pump stations, metering stations, and heating stations, and the actual pipeline which is "outside of the fence." Projects that are "outside of the fence" include new pipelines, relocations, maintenance and repairs, upgrades, and conversion of service.
